As the sun begins to move its way towards our hemisphere, we begin to step out more into the light. Our yoga practice starts to take on a lightness with more lift. Just as tender green shoots begin to rise and flower, we will back bend into our potential.
We will explore shoulder openers, back bends, side body openers, and supported inversions, along with asana to support optimal liver and gallbladder health.
We will also explore breath practices and meditation to explore the aspects of Spring and the Liver.
