Contraction is a muscle tighter.

A snowball rolling down the hill makes the core firmer.

A vortex makes a powerful vacuum tighter near the center, that center is a Tao.

Relational stress makes us draw closer to our core values.

Un-subscribers make the core group tighter.

Pandemics bring us into a tighter relationship with ourselves (whether we like it or not).

Families in pandemics tighten their boundaries so they can work, love, cook, play in smaller spaces.

Tighter is inward or inverse expansion.

A black hole is the inverse expansion or contraction of a star, that can consume other starts.

Contraction is attraction.

If like attracts like, when we contract inward to our core, we attract more of our core values.

At the outer edge of our vortex, we lose that which isn’t close to the center.

Unlike spins out of our orbit.

Simultaneously, expansive movement tests the limits of our galaxy’s spin, while forming the core of who we are tighter.
