Most of what we do is not rational (just ask Science). Our day is mostly quotidian pattern repetition. That’s not a good or bad thing. It’s just a thing that plays in our meso-conscious field.
It has become apparent that my body needs the same biodiversity as nature. It needs confusion and response. It needs to hold on and let go. It needs to dance and be still. It needs to feel emotions and find stoic resolve. It needs dynamic movement and hatha alignment. It needs to move “correctly” and “incorrectly.” It needs to resist and allow.
Narratives make us human. Stories are how we share, celebrate events, and triangulate our place in time.
Quantum Computing allows for yes and no to exist in the same space until they are measured. Yes and No are married and live undisturbed and unjudged. (Samadhi)
