Unspoken

This week...

I was watching Bill Frisell & Thomas Morgan (Jazz Dudes) on the YouTubes. There is this thick uncomfortable moment when they were asked to define their chemistry by the host.

Firekeeper

The next time you are passing a house or an apartment with warm glowing light pouring forth onto a snow-covered exterior, imagine that house is you.

Quotidian

Most of what we do is not rational (just ask Science). Our day is mostly quotidian pattern repetition. That’s not a good or bad thing. It’s just a thing that plays in our meso-conscious field.

Biodiversity

It has become apparent that my body needs the same biodiversity as nature. It needs confusion and response. It needs to hold on and let go. It needs to dance and be still. It needs to feel emotions and find stoic resolve. It needs dynamic movement and hatha alignment. It needs to move “correctly” and “incorrectly.” It needs to resist and allow.
