Embodied Transformation helps you discover wholeness beneath pain, reconnect mind, body, and emotions, and transform healing into purposeful living.
Embodied Transformation is a movement philosophy and a three-phase somatic healing process:
Reveal - Uncover strengths hidden beneath injury and tension
Refine - Develop skillful agility with your rediscovered strength
Recirculate - Embody your strength and take courageous action from a grounded center
Under suffering, there is wholeness. Beneath tension, there is ease. Our work reconnects what has been separated.
Physical trauma and bodily injury recovery
Persistent pain and stress-related tension
Emotional trauma held in the body
Bridging the gap between physical symptoms and emotional roots
Re-embodiment after disconnection from your body
Learning to feel emotions you've hidden or suppressed
Works alongside Rolfing, structural integration, deep tissue work, craniosacral therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy
For those who sense there's no separation between body, mind, and emotions—and that true healing requires working with all three together.
Whether starting from injury, pain, or trauma, we use breath to build bridges between mind, body, and emotions. We invite what's unconscious to unite with conscious awareness.
Learning to feel hidden emotions is just as important as relearning movement after surgery. Often, they're the same thing. We mobilize mind, body, and emotions together so you can manifest your calling.
One client came for hip and back pain as a co-therapy during a Rolfing series. We stabilized her back and mobilized her hips, but her life became truly painless only after she discovered her calling to create art and started painting. Another client pieced together how integrating past trauma deepened his empathy for those suffering—he's now following his call to be a healer.
This is embodied transformation: manifesting your new narrative into the body, into a body of work, and delivering your calling.
Each Embodied Transformation session creates connection and ease:
Breath as bridge - Breathwork IS bodywork, connecting mind and emotion
Stabilization - Creating boundaries and strengthening joints that need structure
Release - Settling the nervous system through diaphragm work
Movement patterns - We rewrite and rewire movement patterns to support your unique way of moving through life
Your body is the container of your consciousness. My role is bringing connection and ease to your entire system so you can do what you're called to do in life.
After decades of pain, my healing came through deep self-exploration and a multi-disciplinary study of movement, breathwork, and conscious creativity. I learned that true transformation happens when we reconnect all parts of ourselves—mind, body, emotions, and consciousness working as one.
My calling is helping others find their wholeness and transform it into purposeful action. Here’s how a few of my clients describe working with me.
Most clients find me through referrals and word of mouth. If you're interested in Embodied Transformation, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit. If you've read this far, let's talk.
