Vinyasa Class - (1:30-2:45) $30
This Vinyasa Class blends classic and modern postures from Ashtanga, Gosh (Bikram), Dharma, and Katonah Yoga. Students will be cued through the breath, bandhas, marma points, and the vectors of each asana.
Hands-On Adjustment and Alignment Workshop (3-4:30) $40
How does parsvottanasana inform your standing-separate-leg-head-to-knee? How can a Katonah triangle improve your Bikram triangle? Students will receive hands-on adjustments to help them feel the posture from within. This workshop is also excellent for teachers looking to expand their adjustment practice and adjust with confidence.
